The staff was helpful (they assisted with directions). The self-check-in lockers provided convenience for luggage storage before and after my stay. I appreciated the availability of a washing machine and dryer, a paid service I found helpful. The modern Japandi room décor made the space clean and functional.

The room lighting was not ideal. The recessed spotlights.

the pika pika night was fun. yukatas were provided for all guests. i found the local cuisine options during the daily breakfast to be very good. the breakfast was delicious.

the rooms did not get cleaned . i also did not get new mugs. the hotel is very children focused so it is best for families. there is an onsen but i had to pay.
